A CPA for over four decades, Richard Belott established Belott & Company, CPAs LLC in 1992. Since then, Richard Belott, along with his wife, has helped clients with tax planning and preparation, compilations, and financial and retirement planning, among other services.

Mr. Belott offers tax and accounting assistance to professionals across industries, and also assists business owners with estate and financial planning. In addition, he helps elderly clients with planning and elder care by facilitating their transition to assisted living facilities or nursing homes when they can no longer live at home. Occasionally, he offers pro bono work for elderly clients.

In addition to his work with the firm, Mr. Belott and his office hire Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) accounting student interns during tax season in their junior and senior years. The Belotts also donate to the FDU scholarship fund.

Mr. Belott holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from FDU and CPA and PFS certifications. He currently resides in Warren, New Jersey.
